How to get URBANCARD?
You can do it either electronically or in person. Here you can apply via internet […] and here you can find a form to print and present in person in a Customer Service Center […].
Also, a small current photo (2.5 x 3 cm) must be enclosed (there is a possibility to take it at the Customer Service Center).
Where to collect my URBANCARD?
The card may only be collected in person at the Customer Service Centre or Customer Service Desks after 5 working days from the application submission date.
